Why can't we be friends?

Here's the thing...

I am currently in Bronze I and have had 2 separate promotion series that have had their up's and down's, but mostly down's. While I know we can all improve as players in our decision making, mechanics, etc., I am wanting to have my mistakes pointed out and help better lead my teams to be successful.

Blah blah blah, let me get to the point. I am wanting to play with other players that are in my division or close to, and climb up. If there is anyone out there willing to play with me or even give me pointers on some of the champs I play or decision making tips in game, I would greatly appreciate it.
