Thank You Riot

On the PBE I've seen a few minor reworks currently being tossed around. From everything I have seen throughout my past 8 months of regularly checking for PBE updates, this is a new and fabulous concept.

Not letting things through if the numbers don't feel right.

You haven't done this in the past. Letting something go up there and letting it get tossed around for a few patches is exactly why we have the PBE. I love what you are doing right now and hope you keep up with this simple, yet astonishingly rare principle of letting things reach perfection before implementing them.
