Is something wrong with this dude or is just me?1-2 items for hp and magic resist/armor and is done.He will cc the love of playing league out of you ... dont move,cant even flash,zhonya for 10 seconds...

He's not that tanky about 2100 health 87 armor and 53 mr at max level is not a tank. Being a jungler though does give him access to boosting his health by another 300 and the jungler items. He also has really nice bases much like malphite so he can go full damage and still be a threat.
Edit: The 18% max level damage reduction is quite nice though but it's only for 2.5 secs.
