Quality of Life change to Kayle

As I've just started to play Kayle, I find it annoying to have to constantly press e to gain her ranged form. So, what if at 37-38% cool down reduction (the amount of CDR that would make her e's cooldown equal to its duration) her e instead turns into a toggle that drains mana per 10 seconds? If the player wanted to turn off the toggle, the ability would run through its current duration before turning off.
