lol, yeah, I'd thought they would have given item 3114 the benefit of the doubt and given it 75% because it needs it. But nope, nerf to 50%.

Wasn't it because something about Forbidden Idol and Chalice of Harmony together gave more Mana Regen than Mikael's Crucible?

EDIT: Looking at the current Values (Before the patch), Mikael's has 100% Mana Regen (+1.5% missing mana per 5 second).

Forbidden Idol currently has 60% Mana Regen; Chalice of Harmony has 50% Mana Regen (+1.5% missing mana per 5 seconds).

So yeah, you actually lose Mana Regen by upgrading into Mikael's; go figure =\
