...Is for dodge penalties for ARAM to go way up. Like, 20-30 minutes minimum for dodging.

Seriously. Too many assholes dodge because they don't get a champion they want. So they dodge, wait the few minutes, and then get back in, entirely screwing me out of the times I actually get Lux or Sona in ARAM.

So, please, Riot. Increase dodge times for just ARAM. (I'd like to see increased dodge timers for normals, too, but I can live without those). I think this is something everyone can agree needs to happen. Make it a Christmas miracle for me. :3
