Kog's passive should fit with his acid theme

Something nice and simple, a stacking flat resistance shred.

"But wait a second, Rebo!" you say. "Flat resist shred stacks weirdly with percentile shred depending on which you apply first! Wouldn't that clash with his Q?"

Well, my hypothetical enquirer, I'm glad you asked that.

Imagine for a moment Q got its cooldown reduced significantly (with suitable changes to base damage to go along with it) and no longer shreds any resist. Instead it converts passive stacks from flat shred into stacks of multiplicative percentile with the flat value as the minimum. We'll call this debuff Corroded. So if Kog tags a target with his Q, suddenly his resist shredding becomes more formidable. Leveling up Q could improve the skill's cooldown, damage, and shred value.

Do note: the percentile shred caused by Q would stack multiplicatively with itself, rather than additively to a cap like these effects do normally. That would allow quite a bit more wiggle room when setting stack limits.

Why this particular route?

Well, Kog is largely lacking in an identity right now. Unless of course you consider 'free food' an identity. He's always had three competing identities in his Kit. Long range machine gun, artillery platform, and tank-buster. Riot tried to focus on machine gun, but we all know how that went. They intentionally killed artillery. So why not focus Kog on tank-buster? Devoting two fifths of Kog's kit to resistance shredding would give him a pretty clear identity, too. He's the ADC that amps your team's damage rather than simply being another selfish damage source. This would be very useful both to burst-heavy teams (for decisively taking down hard targets) and teams lacking in damage but with plenty of utility (more Protect the Kog-y).
