No joke, honestly just give her a bit more base AD to help with minion farming and i think it would make her alot better.

She is definitely not weak
I can jungle with her more reliably and healthier than Sejuani. ¬.¬
With the new sunfire and Doran's shield, she won't need a farming buff.
