Vladimir doesn't feel like an active participant in the game.
90% of the outcome of the matchup is on Vlads oponent.
Vlad is such an immobile champ with such heavy handed telegraphs that you as the Vlad player dont feel an active participant in winning or losing. All your job is, is to hit the buttons in the right order. It's up to your oponent to engage or disenage you at the appropriate times. Outplaying your oponent as Vlad just doesn't happen. They either outplay themselves or they don't and you just sit there hitting buttons.
That's the real reason Vlad feels bad regardless of where his numbers wind up or how strong or weak he winds up being.
