Is it just me or is anything under the health bar just blank?

Idk if its just my setup or just a bug on my end but when I click on another character or a ward everything under the health bar is just blank. Isn't it a big deal since most people look at opponents mana, energy, fury etc. to make certain plays like watching a blitzcrank's mana bar when in lane or in general to see if he has enough mana for hook?
