Is riot satisfied with the current jungle upgrades?

Warrior use to be good for it offered ten percent cdr, and red gem focused junglers in the past didn't have many options in how they could get CDR, so that made warrior really cool with the fact you got 10 percent when you got your hammer, it was nice conveniant build path. However with the introduction to the new lethality items and build pathing. Junglers like

This has been an on going problem with jungle items since the beggining of the concept of them in season 2, but I think in this day and age we have a good balance team who can really solve this issue where 1 of the jungle items ends up vastly superior while the others are useless.
