Ping Muting

disclaimer The real topic for this lengthy post is one sentence, and it's bolded Hello to everyone reading this, and hopefully this will make it to a member of the Dev team. I can only assume this has been brought to light before a million times, but here's my crack at it. This is also the first and most likely the last time I will ever post to the boards, but hey, who knows. This is a suggestion to the Dev team to better improve on the mute system. I understand currently that you can mute players and you can completely turn the volume for pings off. However, why is there not a button to mute a specific person's pings? Everyone who has played more than 50 hours of this game, probably less, has dealt with a toxic teammate (not excluding myself from time to time) that has decided words are not enough to express their distaste for you, and began spam pinging the loudest most obnoxious combos they can come up with.** So, why has the Dev team not implemented a specific person mute for pings.** I would still like to hear the useful pings from my teammates, but not from the guy who decides it's time to spam his max ping count on cooldown on top of me. For a little more backstory, and just for the hell of it, I'll let everyone know that I had my smurf suspended because I decided to tear a guy a new one in chat, because he was being a complete jackass from spawn. I think we all have our toxic moments, some more than others, and I probably have fewer occurrences than most, but man do I really give it when I start. (It starts at you're garbage, and usually ends with a lot of suggestions on what they should do in real life). After being suspended for 14 days, I opened a ticket to complain, because why not, titled 'I wouldn't be so toxic, if I could just mute pings'. This last part is a shout out to my customer support help, Borrower, who was probably the best customer support agent I've ever had with any company, ever. She/He/It told me that I can mute the pings, and suggest I post here. Long story short, Borrower, you're awesome if you see this, and Dev team, let's get some ping mutes, because as the title of my ticket was 'I wouldn't be as toxic, if I could just mute pings'.(Which is obviously only slightly true, as being toxic occasionally is just a fun and creative way to tell someone to piss off, and is better than running it down mid shout out to tyler 1 fan boys.)

** P.S. Can we create an option where players can choose to turn off auto fill in exchange for a longer queue time?**
