Wild Idea Must Read :D Champion Balances.

So I was replying to someones post on balancing champions, and in my response I formulated an idea that sounds crazy, but crazy enough to work.

Champion Balance "Congress".

Each champion will hold a "Balance forum and poll"

For example a focused forum where a player can register with enough games and mastery points as Ahri, to help determine what could make her more balanced.

Once every 2 weeks, once a patch, all champion forums will come together to determine if each others balances are adequate. Taking polls back and forth until an agreement is made.
