Dance Party Conzept use for "take a break"

Hello. The idea looks something like this.

Team Red Blue play 1h no chance for Break ~65min no numbers to the average Game rounds. First player in ladder lobby Law and Chat all Break for ask... +-60 80min? regulate need and all Knows All txt yes no maby more than 50% say ok Earlier ask follow time penalties but no lightness .. Same rulez for 9player click y ore n txt. Violations are handled by report and ban Breaks time 4-8min is not supposed to play flow.. Now my Cool Idee When Break time all camps run same bot and dance in team maby all together... concept feasible?
