About the Mage rework.

Okay, Riot, i am not one for balancing or anything and no, this is not a rant about Vel'Koz or Vladimir or whoever i just want to propose my small idea to you.

Can you make it so Annie throws Tibbers in order to activate her ultimate and change her kit around that? I mean i understand she is in a pretty healthy state right now, just thought it would be cooler and had more counterplay than just relying on her missing her Tibbers and not getting one-shotted because she is accurate or just an Annie main.

I can see how that is sort-of a nerf but that's what i meant by suggesting you change her kit around that. Maybe rework her E, as it has almost no use other than charging her passive for free.

I hope this is in the right section. In NA you don't have Champions & Gameplay for some reason.
