Swain
Swain's ultimate is actually worse than it was before, as well as his Torment, his two main sources of single target damage. Swain is a more mana efficient now but RotA gives a lot less mana now so meh.
Is it just me? Thoughts?

I actually though his ultimate's better off, it's worse when there's 3 targets but better when there's more and you can usually go tag a minionwave or a jungle camp if you can't or don't want to get into a bigger teamfight.
his E got swapped so it always has the 20% amp but is overall worse now, it's intentional so that you don't max it early anymore(i guess they wanted to artifically fix the problem the last nerf had with W being halved in duration when unmaxed so you can max it before E now)
Q however I feel is just a downgrade, seems less reliable, and doesn't really contribute much to the kit. Might just be nostalgia talking since old Q was really reliable and usefull(and always hit the champions without swapping to minions holy shit how annoying that is sometimes) though it's still too early to tell.

Swain's pretty bad, they fixed his wave-clear issue with the new Q but the long cooldown on his ult really kills him, i'm forced to run 45% cooldown reduction to mitigate some of it, they also made his spells super clunky, back then you could E,Q,W,R & get all your spells down, do that now & you'll find one of them didn't go off...also the E & W nerfs suck for a champ who's already garbage tier, not to mention Morello's is pretty much a core item on almost every other mid laner
i feel like every other reworked mage got better & Swain got the undue short stick...Ryze got a fucking teleport for gods sake!! give us something man
it's no surprise most Swains prefer to go top lane

swain is literally a bad squishy support without his R and they nerfed it to the point where your useless until you team fight and fight better be over before 8 seconds or you're out of mana
I hear another Swain rework is on the board...they want to make him a tactician? If he loses his R he won't feel like Swain anymore.
His E is pretty boring and easily replaceable, also doesn't make too much sense amping single target damage, when his other abilities have a focus on AoE effectiveness.
Swain pre-rework is still better imo, however new Swain is still great.
And his stun is no longer as cool, his Q was so ranged, lost all that... the new Q is so short, it's just a total crap change, he was soooo much better before I just can't get over that they have actually reworked him to such a terrible extent. So not as fun to play :(
