where does everyone think Illioio is at right now?

Just curious to see what everyone thinks. every game i see her in she carries her entire team. i see how she works and her damage but why does one tentacle do insane amounts of damage? and why 3 of them? i have played her and done well on her. but most games i see her in shes top with 4-5-even 6 kills at like 8 mins. 2v1s like its nothing low level with no help. I'm not sure shes in a great place right now and am wondering who/if anyone else feels this way.

I like her, never played her but at lower elo she's a monster, I'm bronze one but I know how to counter her and she's definitely strong but not broken, I think she's pretty balanced, she's only op when top laner feed and she becomes a beast
