I don't think any champions would be OP if they could have more than 2.5 AS, all the limit seems to do is make it so you can't have
~3.6 AS 
There's no reason this kind of useless but entertaining build should be impossible.
W stating that gives max Attack Speed ---> cap is infinite ---> instamealt your PC
Mostly because incredibly high attack speeds make the animation look completely poor. If you've ever played those "custom hero" map types from Warcraft III, you'll know what I mean. They look like they're having seizures.
So Jinx doesn't have 5.7 attack speed with
Riot stated that there is an attack speed because If they didn't, the attack animations of the champions would look extremely clunky.
add a botrk there and tit might be viable also a wits end or anything on hit
It would likely be most OP on champs who have built in on hit damage such as Irelia, Yi, Vayne, and Fizz.
What I would want to see if there was no attack speed cap:
VS 
Could she kite him without taking damage?
Zombie Brand with no attack speed cap would basically be the best thing ever.
Probably graphics limitations. The models would be moving so fast it may crash lower end graphic's cards.
