I assume darius' late game is shit for his "strong" early game?

Historically speaking at least he's always had a stupid strong early game. So does he still fall off would picking someone that outtrades or outscales him at later points in the game be a good idea? I pretty quickly remembered how bs (my opinion not everyone elses) he can be against certain champions and back when Fiora was orignally reworked she was my top pick against him because of her trading power at level 3 (parry). apparently he isnt in a great spot statistically not that i pay much attention to that stuff im a casual player. Is Fiora still a good counter pick? If not than who else? Ive got my hands on most of the champions
