Can we purchase access to previous patches?

I mean, I'd rather not have to pay to have the game functionally balanced instead of getting anally reamed by every troglodyte mashing Q on Yasuo, but since just having basic balance seems to be impossible at the moment, I would totally be willing to chip in some money to make it happen for the community again.
