New OP Dodging Strategy

If you see people make retarded bans like Kench, Rengar or Riven, just dodge. Someone who makes such a ban has no clue what's going on and will typically be absolutely terrible. They probably play once every month or less so any ranking they have is not reliable. You're welcome. Bring in the downvotes but it's still true.
