Some improvement ideas

I love League of Legends, despite all the toxic players out there, and that I play on an EUW server, and not a South African one (since there isn't one, yet, I hope). But I have some suggestions, and I want to hear all of your thoughts on this as well: 1.) Offline bots. It is really frustrating that I have to be connected to the Internet, just so I can practice a brand new champion that I bought. Since there is no WiFi at where I work, and it is costing me too much to continue buying Mobile Data. Like Steam. They have a way of seeing when you are connected to the internet or not. Same with Dota 2 (well, kind of the same thing I guess). 2.) The ability to voice chat with your entire team, even if they aren't in your lobby. This would make Solo/Duo matches much easier for us, because then we can communicate with the ADC/Support on when you want to go in or not, ask the jungler for a gank or just to let your team know through voice "Careful, bot lane is missing" 3.) A pause function for custom games. There is nothing more frustrating when playing against bots, practicing your new champion (or maybe even a 1v1), and then a customer comes, or you have to quickly open the front door, or whatever the case may be.

League of Legends is already a great game, I just feel they can add even more functions to make it even better
