item 3071 24% max armor shred -------> 30% max armor shred

Now shares the same unique passive name as item 3035 item 3033 item 3036

Reasoning = Black cleaver is THE bruiser item, and it has been for quite a while. It has been abused pretty heavily by ADCs and assassins in the recent past. The item's shred feels fairly lacking for most bruisers against tanks while being an item that ADCs and assassins can use quite well in conjunction with last whisper and lethality to nullify an insane amount of armor from tanks and bruisers alike. There isn't a single bruiser that would ever dare to mix cleaver with 2 or more other shred/pen items and usually rely solely on cleaver to deal with heavier targets. This change makes the item good for bruisers again while keeping assassins and ADCs on the backfoot by forcing them to opt out of last whisper if they choose to go cleaver (lethality can still be bought with cleaver).

item 3031 AD reverted back to 65 Cost increased from 3400 to 3500

Reasoning = ADCs are way too strong right now, and Shiv IE provides an asinine spike. Reverting the AD buff and increasing the gold by 100 along with further changes (tbd below) should lessen the shiv IE spike and also delay the general ADC build so that crit ADC builds go back to being more late game builds.

item 3046 cost increased from 2600 to 2800

Reasoning = Zeal items are too cheap and allow ADCs to get their spikes way too early

item 3094 cost increased from 2600 to 2800

item 3087 cost increased from 2600 to 2800

item 3085 cost increased from 2600 to 2800

item 3076 Grievous wounds is removed Damage return increased from 3 + 10% bonus armor to 10 + 10% bonus armor

Reasoning = Brambles vest will be impossible to balance so long as it has grievous wounds. To make sure the item doesn't become trash tier, the damage return will be increased by a flat 7.

item 3075 Armor increased from 80 to 90 Grievous wounds is removed NEW PASSIVE - vampiric defense = Enemies who auto attack the wearer lose 50% of their current life steal for 2 seconds.

Reasoning = Thornmail having grievous wounds ended up being one of the biggest fuck yous to the bruiser class in recent history. Rather than fucking ADCs (who now rely on asinine shield stacking), it allowed tanks to utterly annihilate champions like Darius Fiora DrMundo Aatrox This change will make thornmail more of an anti-ADC item (admittedly, some bruisers will still suffer in their current state like olaf). It will gain 10 armor to still feel pretty good to build despite losing some of its functionality.

item 3056 armor increased from 50 to 60 UNIQUE ACTIVE can now be used on friendly turrets to increase their armor and mr by 20 + 10% of the user's armor/mr and attack damage by 20 + 1% of the user's max hp cost increased from 2650 to 2900

Reasoning = Ohmwrecker is NEVER BOUGHT. But instead of having it shit on turrets harder to make it more of a meta item, it will now have a turret buffing capability on top of the turret disable depending on the team status of the targeted turret. It will also gain 10 armor because 300 health and 50 armor is legitimate garbage tier stats (even with the 10% cdr). Cost is increased because 2650 would seem way to cheap for the item now.

item 3022 Completely removed from the game

Reasoning = Glacial augment exists and is a much healthier design.

THINGS TO THINK ABOUT DOWN THE ROAD

item 3124 This item will never be allowed to be good so long as kogmaw exists, well... at least not in its current state.

If the max stacks were increased to 10 with melee getting 2 stacks per hit, then maybe this item can actually be balanced for everyone.

item 3153 MELEE ONLY CHANGE = Melee users gain 15% life steal

This item is the same as guinsoos, if its a decent buy for melees then it's a hilariously good buy for many ADCs.
