Ways to protect the towers

Can we get some items to buff the tower defenses? We have Ohmwrecker to disable them (not that anyone uses Ohmwrecker), but still we should have something to make them able to take a hit. Or maybe just increase regeneration.

Just, ANYTHING to counter those champions that can lose lane, go 0-6 and still obliterate towers just because they have a proc ability and build tank.

Before anyone says anything about killing/ccing them: Remember that they are living, thinking human beings as well and will play around any way you try to play around them. It's not like I'm complaining about AI.
