RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS

In ranked im constantly crashing and then even if i get back in within a minute or 2 i get leaver bustered, its gotten to 20 minutes between games and ive had to deal with it constantly since the 6.12 patch anyone know how i can stop it from crashing?
