Flask should cost more.

With a flask, you get 3 charges of mana and hp that are roughly...half or so of a normal pot, and you can buy 3 hp or mp pots along with it. You essentially have rechargable pots until you sell it (could easily be 6th item sell) and normal pots that you buy. With the starting item as cloth, you can get 5 pots...Otherwise, it's about max 3-4 with a long sword or boots..1 with Doran items besides the ring.

You can't even buy a mantle first item without having literally 0 item sustain cause of no pots..unless you're running the utility tree with extra starting gold or whatnot. Doran's Shield is pretty worthless for the time being. Doran's Sword is pretty much first pick for every ADC and some tops/mids. Doran's Ring is really good for AP mids, sometimes tops too. Cloth/5 is the better alternative to DShield.

I get that it's a trade-off, but its price for its effect is too low considering it's for high-burst/low mana costs for low mana pools or sustained-damage champs (say, Talon or maybe even J4/Darius top. For instance..I was a Syndra vs a Fizz once in lane, and literally all of my harass wasn't going much of anywhere until I picked up more damage because he had a constant pot-stream on. I won the lane but lawdy it's an annoyance. It gives you too much mistake or tanking-freedom since you have essentially 2 hybrid+3 specific pots at start.
