Are assassins now better then ADC's? - A support perspective...

I know its cheesy but I have really found that as a support main... having an assassin as an ADC like / or is currently more fun and rewarding then having a typical ADC to support.

Assassins have heavy damage, great snowball and most importantly, the MOBILITY in order to get out of unfavorable fights and even dodge CC. They also have powerful base stats which allows them to bypass the period of "weakness" that most ADC's suffer from during the early game. The result is far more rewarding, especially with Riot pushing towards quicker games.
