I feels whe need the Phantom Dancer passive on an assians item

A lot of melee assassins have a fell general weakness like hard cc. But some of you might now known another big weakness and that is champion block. Those big tank protect their carries with their own body. A nice thing actualy but right now whe don't have an item these champion can buy to help them covering this weakness. I don't think whe need a item that can cover a the weakness from one champion but this is a general one I find intressting to work towards.

Offcourse this item should give a cost when building it. It probaly has to replace another item in their build that makes the more squishy or some of the stickness or some of their burst.
