Riot: Anything on Talon?
Hey Riot, are you planning on any spell changes or buffs/nerfs on Talon? It seems he hasnt honestly been touched or spoken about since his silence was removed. Im just curious if there is any plans on him in the near future.

Nothing planned for the short term for Talon specifically, though we are looking to put out a new item targeted at AD assassins in particular early next year that he'll probably like.
Whenever we do some work on assassins as a class (potentially sometime next year) Talon's definitely one of the ones we'd want to look at, given he lacks clear enough distinction from other champions, could do with a more satisfying passive, has a cool theme that's not being taken full advantage of and has a really reliable combat pattern with limited counterplay to it.
You'll probably have to wait until the assassin pass. I don't know when that will be.
From a gameplay perspective, Talon has counterplay issues, and feast or famine issues, so straight buffs are difficult to give him.
Talon's biggest problem is that he has mana.
Pls make him a sustaind dmg Carry or an assassin, not both.
A sustained dmg carry with a blink could be preaty cool considering very few exist.
Just nerf his base abilities and buff his Ws passive. Keep all of the abilities the same because of the aa resets. It could be very cool. When I build kass I really just want to build nashors into wits end. I find the build very satisfying because it feals great to get those awesome resets.
Talon just faded into the shadows and Riot plans on leaving him there by the looks of it

nerfs on talon he is already under powered
