Key fragment drop rate
As recommended by a client support employee, I'd like to point out an issue or two.
I think the drop rate of key fragments should be revisited.
The logarithmic curve of the drop rate is a little too harsh to get key fragments for the amount of chests we can get in a month. Its on average 4 chests per month and about 5-6 fragments. Regardless of casually playing the game or playing 24/7, this is having chest cd alwas on and for fragments I usually do ARAM with 4-5 games a day and those are the stats (on average of course, they're not exact numbers).
Therefore, my opinion is that the limitation on the chests is ok ish, but adding a second limiting factor to the opening of chest on the ridiculous drop rate is rather unfair. Why make things so complicated when you can just give out a flat number of chests and key fragments per month. I mean seriously, I had 5 chests to open at one point and 1 key fragments and it took me more than 3 weeks, with a reset, to open 3 of them and I still have 2 (+1 that I got recently) to open.
Yea sure I could just by the keys but that's not how I do things. This whole concept is borderline breaking the code of ethics on the incentive to buy your in game product. As someone that is completly against microtransactions for games nowadays, this shit takes the cake (and it ain't a lie, this time).
