I have 3 points however on your general editing:

I would put the written rule and the explanation for league together. This will make it that people don't have to scroll up and down to see what the rule was that they are reading about. I included an example below at the bottom.

Make sure your layout has no errors. Below rule 2 your numbering is placed to the left instead of to the right, this looks a little unprofessional, as in almost every professional document the layout goes from left to right. Always check your post for errors like this

remember to be consistent. In rule 2 and 7 you make a list of the examples. One is numbered the other one is an ordered list. It would be more sensible to choose one of them for the entire document.

In league this would mean to not overextend or be in a position where you will be caught out to risk some cs or a chance at a kill or worst, a trade.
