Taliyah Mouvement Speed Passive works in a strange way.

Hi, I've been playing Taliyah since her release, and I really appreciate the champion. What I like the most about Taliyah is her roaming potential.

However, I think her passive should have a slight, slight improvement. Let me explain this very quickly. Her passive states that Taliyah gains mouvement speed when out of combat after 5 seconds while near walls.

But as Taliyah, I really like to roam to bot lane or top lane during early game. And before I roam, I usually cast unraveled earth on the minion wave, so it can push the lane while im heading towards bot/top lane.

However, since unraveld earth explodes 4 second after initial cast and damages an enemy in the process. It actually takes 9 seconds before the passive kicks in. Personnally, 9 seconds later, im almost already near top/bot lane, so the passive became quite inneficiant for the roaming in early game. So maybe the passive should only stops, when Taliyah actually casts a spell or take damage.

What do you guys think?

Maybe this slight change could give some "hidden love" to taliyah who's already struggling in early game?
