Instant lvl 30

Wouldn't it be a good idea to add an instant level 30 button behind a pay wall? That way content creators wouldn't have to reach out to riot, and they could make a butt ton of money. Maybe there are more smurf implications, but low elo is already riddled with them anyways. Make it like 30 bucks or something, since it takes a few days anyways to get there,
