Everyone is confused. Please fix the graphic or the hitbox for Veigar's Event Horizon (E)

It's stunning when they look out of it, its not stunning when people walk through it.

I am not sure what has happened to it, but it is really trippy, and really fucking annoying when someone you assume to be stunned isn't and die as a result.
