Ok so im gonna actually put a bit of effort into helping you so since you are asking please accept the criticism I'm about to give as well as others give.
First off you build decently, there are games where you had some high ap champs on the enemy team and built hex drinker and stuff. the big thing I would criticize is you never finish your boots. boots can literally win your lane, they have early defensive stats that can keep you alive, there are some games you play 4 ad champs with little CC and go merc treads, here's how to break it down.
look at their team comp and evaluate CC look to see how many auto-attack base champs the enemy team has. then get either ninja tabi or merc treads. Usually you finish them fairly early like after first item or on a big back. assuming you continue to play bruisers top.
Secondly: Your champ pool sucks, now there is nothing wrong with having fun, but maining someone like riven wont get you anywhere, unless you are mechanically gifted you wont make it far on her, she dont carry unless you stomp lane 9/10 games.
My recommendation for a champ that will get you to silver in a couple days is Renekton 
Renekton has engages and disengages. burst dmg, sustain, natural tankiness, literally the best top laner in the game for noobs to play. when you learn his combos its first blood every game level 3.
Take ignite every game, don't waste your time on TP. nobody in your elo will ward so its useless. Chances are you dont use it correctly also, no offense.

Another important thing. Farming!!! literally cannot stress this enough, your farm is terrible, you average 3-4.5 cs a game, you never have gold. you need to stop auto pushing the wave, sit there and last hit minions and only last hit until you get good at it then learn wave manipulation. EVERYTIME you base instantly look at your map and all 3 lanes, if there is one pushing to you then go to it and push it out then base or look for a roam or even scuttle
for real tho if you asked me for help i would tell you day after day just focus on csing. set goals and be disappointed if you dont get them. Start with this
Every game i want you to get:
70 CS @ 10 Minutes
100 CS @ 15 Minutes
160 CS @ 20 minutes
this is like gold cs. its a joke to obtain if you focus on it, for real. make goals for yourself and work on one thing. If you focus all your attention on CS'ing for 10 games and hit this goal every time. you then move on to something else and the farming becomes natural.
Renekton tips.
Early Tiamat is good
Black cleaver is essential most games.
Power spike is at 3. you E/Auto/W/Auto/Q/Auto and dash out. Master that combo for trades. you get so fast at it that they cant react
Rage bar is very important, unlike other champs renekton autos minions a bunch because it builds rage. Q'ing minions and the enemy also builds rage, if possible trade at 50 rage, go for the kill at 100, if you rage on your W and Q with 100 stacks with ignite you kill anyone early or even late.
Since Renekton always pushes buy a pink every back, place it in river so you have vision.
Aside from that it comes down to how commited you are, the best advice i can give you is that losing wont prevent you from getting to where you deserve to be.
take it one game out of time, brush off the games you get wrecked because people are better then you. there is always someone better, learn from it.
Brush off the games where you stomp and your team sucks, it happens. League is literally about keeping a 50% wr and you will climb.
