Dynamic Queue is fudging me (venting)

I'm in silver elo, and it still takes me like 8 minutes to get into a queue in which someone is bound to dodge the first time I join. So every time I want to play I'm looking at 15 or so minutes of waiting for a game to start, then the new pick/ban system takes longer as well, so in reality it's like 20 minutes of me trying to get into a game just for the game itself to last 20 minutes because someone's team is bound to suck. I want solo q back. Also I keep getting against teams of 3 and 4 and even 5 once. I dunno if that's just my bad luck but it's annoying. I think that should not be allowed. Lastly, what's with all this itemization completely disabling certain playstyles? I'm a Xin Zhao main, and back in season 3, I remember being able to play Xin literally however I wanted and doing fine. Now, it's like if I don't build Black Cleaver and a tank item right off the bat, I get demolished in top lane. To me it seems like the game is shifting towards a different audience than I was originally part of. I can't say that's a generally positive or negative thing, but from my vernacular it's definitely negative.
