It would be great if counterjungling was actually good again

And not just "Counterjungling is a waste of time unless you're Ivern and can instantly steal buffs lmao Xd"

Killing the enemy team's camp: -Increases the respawn timer on it -Gives increased gold and experience -Increases the duration of the buff (for blue/red) -Gives a free ward -Grants vision around the area for a while -Refreshes the cooldown on smite -Grants a small amount of global gold

Just some of these could make it so junglers aren't as centered around winning the game by ganking bot lane or making the enemy top laner afk. Could make it so these bonuses can only be granted to champions with smite to prevent abuse.

I'm not saying all of these should implemented btw
