New Galio is BROKEN

just played a game vs a Full AP Galio and i had every MR item you can buy for tanks and he was still doing 1700 damage with 1 Q this is not a buff this is a broken thing to do and needs to be changed yesterday. highest damage in game was ADC at 31k to champions and he did over 73k again this is so stupid broken.
