Playing against Vlad with Predator is incredibly fun

Particularly the part where it completely removes his counterplay and makes it impossible to stop his all in, as he can stack it with his empowered Q and keep the movement speed portion up until he's directly on top of you with a fully charged combo.

What the fuck is the reasoning behind allowing this? The champion's counterplay is literally 'stay away while he has a full resource bar,' and this rune makes it impossible to do so.
