What is left of Hecarim?

Newish Hecarim main here (I played him a lot towards the end of season 5). And I have a question

1. Homeguards removed. No homeguard rush tp botlane cheesing (no coming back from a bad start)

2. Minion block get-out-of-jail-free card moved to E. No level 2 cheesing or meaningful harassing.

3. Fervor of battle nerfed.

4. HP reduced. y

So what's left? A Renekton with an AoE cc ult? Is that it? What am I supposed to do with hecarim now?

sidenote: before you downvote me for QQ'ing because hecarim was "OP" before. This is an actual question and I actually want to know how I'm supposed to play this guy now. I'm beginning to think that the only reason I stuck with Hecarim was because of his cheese abilities that are now all but gone.
