teemo changes patch 5.15

the teemo changes in patch 5.15 are a NERF i have heard so many people complain that teemo is being buffed but this is not so the truth of teemo is this. he is not a lane bully but he can be a counterpick, he is terrible at teamfighting, he is mediocre at seiging. the one strength he has that no one else in the game has to his degree is map control with vision and traps. and they made that MUCH worse. and for what a few things that make him more trolly this makes teemo less of an inteligent and strategic pick and instead more of a troll pick. the things that make him more troll that they give him dont even make him much stronger they dont help him teamfight they dont help him seige or splitpush maybe he is a slightly better duelist but not much. and only situationaly. the only nice things are the invis in bush for escaping and the shroming instead of facecheck (the bouncing is useless) this is a NERF to a champ riot just said is not in a good place riot PLEASE i beg you realise this do something to make sure he is still a good control mage that i love to play not as a troll but as a stratagist
