Okay question. If Yas' ult is getting buffed again can he not be placed outside turret range now?

Like seriously. +range 66% increase to scaling.

250% bonus ad scaling. 1500 range

For god's sake his ult is starting to rival Katarina's except his suspends enemies for the duration like omfg(250% ad scaling vs 330% ad and 280% ap).

He can literally point and click aoe stun an entire group of targets then deal near Katarina level damage.
