A second que near 2 hours just to get timer when the new ban system sucks dick

i waited in que twice for two hours and one of them kicked me from not locking in my ban after I LOCKED IN MY BAN

This system sucks riot if you wanna implement new things it shouldn't be two hour waits, i'll quit this game it will take me all year to level a account waiting this long, i need severely increased xp or ip for this kinda timer penalty.
