Can we discuss champion mastery?

I just really feel like champion mastery is the easiest thing to achieve, and you get very little rewards for doing so. I feel like their should be mastery levels up to 10 with 100k + mastery, and that you could have your mastered champion as your summoner icon.

That's just my 2 cents though, what does everybody else think?
