I want SoTo back.

Why remove SoTo but not . SoTo was a fun item. It was high risk, but if you managed to keep the staks it was such a high reward. It wasnt overpowerd at all cuz it was so easy to shutdown. I think riot should re-intoduce SoTo and make league great again.
