Primordial Burst

Can y'all remove abilities like Ult from the game please?

*edit: Perhaps it could be made into an instant AoE skillshot, or given more damage but with a short cast-time for enemies to prepare a spellshield, windwall... forcing Veigar to hold it until he sees/creates an opening.
