so there been a couple time where ill be in lane and doing good till bam i get dc from server n takes moments to reconnect even when im connected it stills says im still attemtping to connect but heres the kicker when enemy team gets ahead or when my lane falls the lag stops n im so underfed that im out the game has this happened to anyone
I'm pretty sure there is a DROP HACK and some of summoner are using it. Check this guy.

it seems that he try to adjust his mmr by intentional losing game.
Evenmore, I checked my replay against him. I was jungler. He is winning against poor Darius while I am in top bush there is no ward. He wasn't trying to fight.
And, there is a great timing gank against him. I've been reconnecting. On replay, He laugh while I am doing some weird moving.
