Why did riot buff kennen?

i fucking hate that champion he is the cancer of toplane worst than ryze lissandra and anyone just an other champ that say fuck you moron melees

I don't remember the last time I saw a Kennen in game that was even remotely competent. I haven't seen the latest PBE, what buff is he getting?

He's useless against knockback effects. Use a knockback on him and you can get rid of almost all presence he has in a teamfight.

Kennen is fine.

Basically now is easier to play if anything. They really didn't add much as before you would just wait for your ult to mark them and then W the enemies. Is not something he wouldn't do before just easier to do.

As for him being strong I think he is rather weak. Most top lane picks counter him, bad match from him or simply outscale him. I only see him succeeding agaist darius, garen, renekton and maybe riven. He is rather squishy which means his late game isn't reliable, you can be blow before you can dish out your damage. He is even worse on mid.
