Mastery Token ideas

Some ideas to change mastery tokens

1. Whenever you get an S rank you obtain a mastery token for that champion
2. They are stored as Blitzcrank S- mastery token, or Zed S+ mastery token etc.
3. You can trade in two mastery tokens for a rank 6 or two S/S+ tokens for a lvl 7
4. You don't receive S- Tokens once you have mastery lvl 6 on a champion
5. Don't require blue essence for champion mastery (Or at least have a way to buy champion shards specifically. I know this could lead to someone, say buying three 450 champs and rerolling for a 6300 champ, but It could be avoided)
6. Give all champions a unique mastery lvl 7 title (or at least some)
