Are Ranged Junglers Toxic To This Game?

IMO, junglers like Kindred and Graves, well mostly Kindred and Graves are toxic to this game. They have very easy starts, can build one way straight up and do insane damage in all stages with huge sustain. Graves is an unstoppable train, he starts slowly and then just steamrolls anything in his path with his huge damage output. As for Kindred she has huge damage with lots of sustain and an ult that saves them and gives them time to one shot you with a Q once it ends.
